This data comes from publicly available sources, including industry websites, publications, social media platforms and our own industry contacts. Otaria Communications and Media Ltd also uses Cision’s Media Database for press contacts (click here for privacy policy).


How we use this information
Otaria Communications and Media Ltd uses this information to send out invitations to industry events to wine and spirits trade professionals. When you subscribe to attend one of our events, or to receive one of our newsletters or invitations, we will store your data for future use.  

Sharing data
Data held by Otaria Communications and Media Ltd is never shared with third parties. When organising an event on behalf of one of our clients, and if registration data is going to be shared with that said client, you will be notified and given the choice to opt-out . In the course of our promotional activities, we may share your details with suppliers such as logistics and delivery companies. This does not constitute data transfer or disclosure.
